What happens after I make a booking?

We will send you a confirmation email with all the information about your booking. Including the WhatsApp number of our manager who you can contact at any time. Our manager will contact you one day before your arrival to check if you have any special requests for your stay and a time of your arrival.

What is the booking cancellation policy? Can I cancel at any time?

Our cancellation policy is non refundable. However, we understand that life sometimes can be unpredictable. Thus, in some cases, we can provide a refund to our guests if there is a force majeure situation.

Can I have an early check-in?

We will be happy to offer you an early check-in but it’s a subject of availability. If we won’t have a guest one day before your arrival, you are welcome to check-in early. Otherwise, you’re welcome to drop your luggage when you arrive and come back at our regular check in time, at 3 pm

Do you provide baby cots and high chairs?

Sure, we can provide you with a baby cot and a high chair for free if we have it available at our villas. Sometimes, if all the baby cots and high chairs are taken by other guests, we have to rent them from the vendor. In this case the price for a baby cot and a high chair will be around IDR 200,000 per night each.

Can I request a Birthday villa decoration? How much will it be?

Sure, our team will be happy to arrange Birthday or any other occasion decorations for our guests. The price depends on the amount of decor that you would like to have but in average its around IDR 300,000.
